How To Purchase

First, browse through our site to help determine which of our tasty products you would like to buy. Current pricing is listed on each of the product pages.

Call us to answer any questions you may have before placing the order.  Once you confirm your order, we will line it up into our butcher date schedule.

Once the product ordered is at the butcher, you will contacted confirm your cutting order.  We are happy to help work through the cutting order with you if you have any questions.

When the meat is ready the butcher will let you know, so that you can plan for pick up.
